Fish & Fruit Diet
Sounds ooky, but it's actually very easy, pleasant and even delicious. I am eating lots of fresh and canned oily fish for the Omega 3 so as to boost my concentration and ease my joints. Similarly I am eating/snacking on lots of fresh and canned fruit. I buy all this cheaply by buying the fish nearly out of date, the fruit from a market and buying the canned products in discount stores. Sardines, Mackeral, Pilchards, Anchovies, Haddock are fantastic. The tins are all recyclable. I throw away the juices from the canned fruit as I expect they are highly sugared. And of course I don't forget my daily dose of Aloe Vera! I feel great on it lets see if the scales agree!

This is a new diet to me but it sounds like it is working for you. I wish you continued success.

I agree with the fresh fruit. I agree with the Aloe Vera. My parents were great about wanting to give the Aloe Vera for health. Very good stuff!! Ah but the fish. YUK! I really hate fish. So, I guess I have to stick with the fish caplets but I hate the taste too!!! ACK!
But I do know those things are good for you so I'm going to have to find a way. Thanks for your post!

Jaz,
I too have always thought Fish to be dull but worthy food. So I'm surprised myself to find myself adoring fish, give it a try. It started with coming across Sardine Paste Gudi Pate de Sardinha Piri-Piri apparently a speciality of Portugal. I eat this on toast. Then I got into anchovies. By the way I don't believe anymore in "punishment/deprivation" diets, it has got to be natural/sustainable.
