Aloe Vera the Mythical Wonder Plant

Here's the first post for Aloe Vera, this blog will be about everything Aloe Vera, growing it, admiring it as a house or garden plant and also its ability to sooth or cure a remarkable range of skin problems and illnesses. Aloe Vera as a medical cure had fallen out of favour with the rise of modern medicines like many natural and folk cures. Recently however there has been resurgence of interest in folk cures and it is now generally recognised they have their place.

I have been taking aloe vera liquid for a few months. When I went to Hippocrates Health Spa in Florida they mentioned that frozen aloe vera was best, if you can't get fresh. I want to take aloe vera orally rather than on my skin. Do you know if I can get fresh or frozen in Britain? Also, a friend of mine has leg ulcers. Do you know if aloe vera can help this?
